"Unlike other meal replacement smoothies, this one is naturally sweetened, so it’s not high in added sugars. The low GI formula helps regulate blood sugar levels and being high in fibre allows us to feel fuller for longer.

Place 1 level scoop (25g) of smoothie powder into a shaker and add approximately 250mL of your choice of reduced fat milk or soy milk.

Yes! Our plant based smoothies are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.
Our Plant Based Smoothies are a Formulated Meal Replacement, meaning they contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and nutrients and contribute to your Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) for many key macro- and micro-nutrients when consumed as part of a healthy diet. The Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothies can replace 1 meal up to a maximum of 2 meals per day and we recommend you have a healthy meal for your 3rd meal of the day. The Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothies must not be used as a total diet replacement. Our recommendations are broad and not tailored to your individual situation so as always, we recommend you seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Yes. Our smoothies have been created to be low allergy and have been designed to be safe in breastfeeding and have ingredients to help support milk supply – such as fenugreek, flaxseed and pumpkin seeds.
We consulted with the Monash University on our formulation and with a member of the Board of Dieticians to ensure it was safe in breastfeeding.
Please note if your baby suffers from colic or has any food sensitivities we recommend talking to your Doctor before changing your diet.
The smoothies do not have any caffeine*, chemicals or artificial ingredients in and are safe as a snack in pregnancy. However, we do not recommend following any weight loss plan in pregnancy unless under your Doctor’s supervision. Please note that one smoothie contains 180mcg RE vitamin A. The RDI of Vitamin A for pregnancy and breastfeeding is 700-800mcg daily, while the upper level of intake for pregnant and breastfeeding women is 2800-3000mcg.

Being lactose intolerant and gluten and intolerant and just intolerant to a large range of foods, this vanilla plant based smoothie is exactly what i need to start the day. With almond and cocconut milk 4 strawberries and protien powder im full till around 11 am and i dont feel bloated or upset in the tummy!

I suffer from Hashimoto’s and am going through peri menopause. I couldn’t no matter how hard I tried lose even a single kg. I did try one of the other shakes but since taking this one once a day, finally the scales are moving in the opposite direction. I think it’s because of all the necessary extra vitamins I was lacking that has helped. I highly recommend this. I do add banana and extra fruit to bulk it up to keep full though.

It is very granular in taste if used as a smoothie. I use about 2 tsp mixed with yoghurt and mixed berries for breakfast. This makes it palatable. Very expensive if buying at full price.
