We always suggest that to make your weekly meal prep super-easy, draw up a meal plan Then you know exactly what you will cook each day and what you need from the supermarket If possible, set aside an hour or two on the weekend when you do have some more time, to do some meal prep and get your weekly meals ready in advance
You can cook rice and quinoa, chop veggies, cook-off meats for salads and pastas, make a large batch of a dish you can reheat during the week etc Store everything in the fridge or freezer, and your weeknights will soon become more relaxed without the need to order unhealthy takeaways
