Will my Garmin Smart Watch be shipped with my Healthy Mummy order? 

Your Healthy Mummy order will be shipped from the THM Warehouse and the Garmin will be shipped separately 2-4 days after purchase. You will receive a separate shipping notification when it is shipped.

If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our support team by opening a ticket, and detailing the issue as clearly as you can – https://support.healthymummy.com/new/ 

We will contact the 3rd party retailer supplying the Garmin Smart Watch and put them in touch with you to resolve the issue. 

What is the returns/warranty policy for the Garmin Smart Watches?

We are unable to offer our 30 day return guarantee on the Garmin devices so please be careful to select the right item/colour combination before purchasing. 

All Garmin products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, if you believe the device is faulty, please create a ticket for our support team – https://support.healthymummy.com/new/

Is the Garmin available for purchase outside of Australia?

We would love to offer this to all our Mums around the world, but for now we can only ship the THM + Garmin bundle within Australia.
