Many mums choose to use the 28 Day Challenge for many months as each month there is a different challenge and it is extremely valuable.
Is there a minimum period I have to stay on for?
No there isn’t and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access for the remainder of the period you paid for.
When is payment made?
Payment is made every month or every quarter from the day you joined up depending on whether you chose the monthly or quarterly membership option
Is there a private group to talk to other mums on the Challenge?
Yes there is and the link will be on the challenge hub when you join
Who creates the meal & exercise plans?
We have a team of expert nutritionist, chefs and personal trainers who create each 28 Day Program. It is an enormous amount of work but everything you receive is of the highest quality with every recipe cooked, tested and photographed by our chefs and photographers before being released to you. What is involved on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge?
It is a 28 Day Challenge that you perform with 1000′s of other mums. It is a daily food and exercise plan which includes weekly shopping lists, daily meal plans, recipes and daily exercise plans.
There is full support from the Lose Baby Weight team and a private group to share your journey in - and ask questions. The 28 Day Challenge Hub is exclusive to members and is packed full of Challenge tools, exclusive content to ensure that you succeed in your weight loss and health goals.
Do I need to calorie count?
The meal plans are all made to be approximately 1400 -1500 per day. But you don’t need to calorie count. Our focus is on healthy eating and nutrition rather than counting every calorie. However, we do recommend checking your BMR on our site and if you have a higher BMR or are breastfeeding, increasing the daily calories each day - and we give you tips on how to do this on each meal/recipe
Can I do if I am breastfeeding?
Yes you can. You will need to increase calories by approximately 500 a day to allow for milk production. However, if you have a sensitive or allergy prone baby, we don’t recommend changing your diet unless you have spoken to your Dr.
Can I use the Healthy Mummy Smoothies on the Challenge?
Yes you can. The Challenge is a complete 28 Days of meals, food and recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and deserts but if you want to swap some of the breakfasts or lunches for Healthy Mummy Smoothies that is fine and we have provided smoothie recipe ideas for inspiration too
Are the meals family friendly?
Yes they are.
How many do each meal serve?
Breakfast serves 1, lunch serves 1 and dinner serves 1. In the customisable plans you can increase portion size to suit your family needs
How long do meals take to cook?
We have ensured that each meal can be cooked in under 20 minutes - most in under 10 minutes
How much weight can I expect to lose?
Every body is different and it will depend on your start weight as to the results you achieve. The average weight loss is 4-6kg over the 28 days but results will differ from person to person
Are the recipes and meal plans printable?
Yes they are- plus they are all mobile friendly and we also have a 28 Day Challenge App
Is there a private forum or group I can talk to other mums in?
Yes there is and the link will be on your order confirmation

How do I gain access?
If you are an existing member you use your log in and password, and if you are a new member you will be sent a username and password - please check your junk mail or promotions/social folder if you are on gmail

Can I follow the Challenge if I live anywhere in the world?
Absolutely! Any mums can use our online Challenge and the menu is very adaptable to different country’s food availability
When does the Challenge start
The Challenges run every month. You can also join at any time - don't worry if you miss a week. You also have back access to previous Challenges if you want to access a past one
Will I receive a book
No you won’t. This is an online program. But you can print the recipes off
Are the recipes the same as on the website or in other books you sell?
No they are different
Can I follow if I am pregnant?
We don’t recommend any weight loss in pregnancy, but the meal plans are safe to use in pregnancy but you should ensure that you increase portion size or increase snacks during the day to allow for extra calories needed in pregnancy
Do you offer vegetarian plans?
No we don’t offer specific vegetarian plans, but there are many vegetarian meals on the plans and you can use the customiser tool to swap meals accordingly. And you can easily swap meat in any recipe for a vegetarian protein
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

If I join at the discounted rate, will this rate go up at a later date?
No, the amount you pay is set as your payment for the lifetime of the challenge - there will never be an increase to you
It is different to the 28 Day Plan Book?
Yes it is. The Challenge is an online Challenge which runs monthly and is completed on line. It has a start and finish date and you complete the Challenge with 1000′s of other mums - it is an army of mums all cooking the same food and doing the same exercises - all at the same time. This huge motivation is what helps you to succeed.
Whereas, the 28 Day Plan book is designed to be done at your own pace and is not time specific - it also has 100% different recipes and exercises to the online Challenges
