If you’re new to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge we recommend you follow our Starter Meal Plans to make it really easy to get started with your new healthy eating plans and meal prepping.
You can customise your weekly meal plan using the App to match your preferences, target calories and dietary requirements.
You can change to any of the themed meal plans at any time during the Challenge. There are differently themed meal plans to suit different needs e.g.
- Standard is a 1400-1500 calories per day varied meal plan,
- Higher Calories is a 1800-2000 calories per day varied meal plan,
- Timesaver/Budget is a 1400-1500 calories per day plan with repeat meals to save you time and money with meal prep and shopping and Vegetarian is a 1400-1500 calories per day vegetarian based plan.
