Our standard Healthy Mummy Smoothie has helped 100,000s of mums with their health and weight loss goals which is why they love it. It’s a plant-based meal replacement smoothie that contains 23 essential minerals and vitamins and is high in fibre and protein.

We then developed our fresh and new Premium Smoothie meal replacement formula.
This new Premium Smoothie formula is based on our Premium Healthy Mumm Protein which is built off 80% whey and 20% soy protein. This premium whey-based protein offers a smooth and creamy texture without losing the high protein and high fibre content. Our new and fresh formula for the Premium Smoothie has an extra intense flavour meaning there is less need for additional smoothie ingredients.
