• What is The Healthy Mummy Platinum membership?

  The Healthy Mummy Platinum is a one time payment membership which provides benefits, access and offers across ALL Healthy Mummy products and services.

  It provides continuous access to The Healthy Mummy App and 28 Day Challenges with exclusive Platinum member only discounts on Healthy Mummy products, exclusive content in the Healthy Mummy Platinum member only community, continuous free Aussie post on orders over $50, a further 10% discount on all stock (including discounted stock), double reward points on purchases, a bonus coupon book to redeem on the site and annual birthday gifts.

• How does this differ from a Lifetime membership?

  The Lifetime membership provides continuous access to our Healthy Mummy app only. Whereas The Platinum Membership offers benefits, access and support across ALL Healthy Mummy products and services – for life including the app, products, support, gifts and offers.

• How does the free shipping work?

  As a Platinum member, make sure you are logged in, and get FREE shipping anywhere in Australia on all orders over $50

• Do I get an extra 10% on every purchase?

  Yes! So long as you are logged in, the system will recognise you as a Platinum member and reduce your order price at checkout by a further 10% – even on discounted stock.

• Can you tell me a bit more about the Platinum Coupon Book?

  Every Platinum member receives a special Healthy Mummy Coupon book with discount codes you can use at checkout, so long as you are logged in, to make sure you get the best prices, even outside of a sales period. Note that only one code can be used at a time.

• How will the new Platinum Members only private support group work?

  Once you have become a Platinum member you will be sent the link to the Platinum Member ONLY support group. To be approved into this group you will be asked for you Platinum member order number to verify you are a Platinum Member.

  Once in the group you will have access to EXCLUSIVE support from our Healthy Mummy Team including Exclusive live videos from our Super Mum Squad as well as weekly videos and help from our fitness, nutrition and MindPower experts.
  You will also have access to exclusive Platinum Member Offers

• How do the Online Events work?

  When you become a Healthy Mummy Platinum member, you will receive a link to a private Platinum members only Facebook group where you will be let known of VIP online events

• How will the Double Reward Points Work?

  On all future orders you will receive double reward points across all Healthy Mummy Products that you can redeem in our shop

• I am an existing Lifetime member, can I upgrade to a Platinum membership?

  Yes you can! Please go to this link to upgrade and make sure you are logged in.

  Some of the many benefits include FREE Australia shipping, a further 10% discount on ALL stock, discount coupons and exclusive content. There is no annual fee and no further amounts for you to pay for the membership. We have worked really hard to give all Lifetime members an opportunity to upgrade to Platinum for a one off super low cost

• I am a Lifetime member, can I upgrade and also get the Platinum pack?

  As a lifetime member already you will not be able to receive the pack again BUT when you upgrade to become a Platinum member you can use your Platinum member discount to get a further discount on our products.
