We understand that sometimes you may need to close your account with us. We respect your privacy and want to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible, in accordance with Apple and Google Play policies.
- Deleting your account will permanently remove your App profile information, Meal Plans, challenge progress, activity data, and any associated purchases from our system. This action cannot be undone.
- If you have in-app purchases or subscriptions connected to your account, please cancel your subscription first.
How to Request Your Account Deletion:
There are two ways to request the deletion of your account:
1. Within the Healthy Mummy App:
- Open the Healthy Mummy app on your device.
- Go to your Settings or Account menu.
- Look for the “Delete Account” option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
2. Through Our Website:
- Go to the Contact Us page.
- Send us a message requesting account deletion. Please include your username or email address associated with the account you want to delete.
What happens after you request deletion:
You will receive a confirmation email which you must approve, we will process your request within 60 business days. Once your account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email to the address associated with your account.
Important points to remember:
- Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any of your data or purchases associated with it.
