A: The Healthy Kids Smoothies Chocolate and Vanilla flavours are now certified gluten free! While Banana smoothies do not contain any ingredients with gluten, they may have come into contact with gluten during processing and therefore may contain traces of gluten.
A: The Healthy Kids Smoothies do not contain nuts.
A: The Healthy Kids Smoothies are suitable for children aged 12 months and over. This is due to the presence of the probiotic Lactobacillus acidophilus, which should only be consumed if over 12 months. Infants under 12 months have different gut bacteria and Lactobacillus acidophilus is therefore not suitable for them.
A: It is not recommended to have more than one serving per day This is because it is a supplementary food, designed to supplement the diet. More than one serve may provide too much dairy and too many calories at the expense of other valuable foods such as meat, fish, fruit, vegetable, legumes and grains. It is to be treated more as a multivitamin glass of milk.
