The Healthy Man is not suitable for vegans as it contains milk. However vegetarians can enjoy The Healthy Man Meal Replacement.
We recommend you have between 1 and 2 servings per day. Most people choose to have one for breakfast and then may choose a second at lunchtime in lieu of a meal.
The Chocolate flavour is gluten free. Vanilla is soon to follow! At present, the Vanilla flavour does not contain any added gluten however are made in a facility where gluten may be present.
