Latissimus Dorsi Stretch

     

Starting Position

Stand with your feet hip width apart raise both of your arms above your head and clasp your fingers together.

Execution

Turn your palms up towards the ceiling and raise your arms upward. Now press down your shoulders and hold the stretch for 15 seconds before relaxing and repeating for a further 15 seconds.
